Thousands of children lose confidence before anyone realises they simply learn differently. At Spitze, we've developed a smart screening tool to detect learning differences early - before they turn into barriers. We train teachers, guide parents, and help children receive the support they deserve from the start.
At Spitze Foundation, we believe no child should be defined by their challenges — only by their potential.
From early intervention to community inclusion, we empower children, parents, and schools to grow with compassion and understanding.
What We Do?
Spitze provides shadow teacher services, in-class support, and teacher training for inclusive education.
We work with schools to modify teaching methods, create individualized learning plans (IEPs), and ensure every child feels seen and supported.
Impact: Children with diverse learning needs become active, confident participants in mainstream classrooms.
Inspired by a child whose life was lost to a preventable accident, this program focuses on daily living skills, personal safety, and emotional regulation for children with autism and other neurodiverse conditions.
Sessions include real-life training for water safety, hygiene, social awareness, and emergency response.
Impact: Children gain confidence, safety awareness, and independence for everyday life.
Using Spitze’s proprietary screening tools, we identify signs of dyslexia, dyscalculia, dysgraphia, ADHD, and developmental delays in children aged 3–13.
Our trained educators and psychologists help parents and teachers understand a child’s unique learning profile and build early intervention plans.
Impact: Early detection prevents emotional distress and school dropouts by offering timely support.
Through our teleconsultation platform, families can connect with therapists, psychologists, and special educators across India.
We provide ongoing developmental assessments, progress reviews, and home-based strategies for consistent growth.
Impact: Access to expert care, even in remote or resource-limited areas.
“Changing mindsets, one story at a time.”
Through awareness drives, inclusion festivals, and partnerships, we help communities understand and accept neurodiversity.
Impact: A society that celebrates every child’s difference as a strength.
We conduct capacity-building workshops for educators, parents, and caregivers to strengthen inclusive practices.
Our modules include behavior management, classroom adaptations, communication strategies, and emotional support for caregivers.
Impact: Sustainable inclusion through empowered teachers and informed families.

Because timely help can change a child’s entire future.
Thousands of children in India go undiagnosed with dyslexia, dyscalculia, and dysgraphia until it’s too late - when learning struggles have already affected their confidence.
Spitze Social Foundation has developed an early screening and detection tool to identify these conditions at the pre-primary and primary levels. We need funds to train teachers, deploy resource teams, and implement the tool across schools in underserved areas. Early detection ensures timely support, inclusive teaching, and a confident learner for life.
Goal: Train 500 teachers and screen 10,000 children across India in the next academic year.

Testimonials
Parent
Our child was non-verbal and extremely hyperactive when we started the program around six months ago. It was difficult for us to manage even simple daily routines. With the guidance, therapy, and structured support at Spitze , we have witnessed a beautiful transformation. Today, our child is calmer, more focused, and has started using words to express basic needs. We are deeply grateful to the team for their consistent efforts and the personal attention they gave to every small milestone.”
Parent
“Our son was suspended from two schools because of aggression and poor attention span. It was one of the most challenging times for us as parents. After joining Spitze , within just two months of individualized intervention, we noticed remarkable improvement. He can now sit in a classroom, follow short instructions, and even participates in group activities. The progress has given us hope again — thank you, Spitze, for bringing this change.”
“Our child, diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder, used to not respond to his name and struggled to follow even basic instructions. After four months of dedicated sessions at Spitze , he now responds when called, can complete one-step tasks like fetching car keys, bringing utensils, or dressing himself. These may seem like small steps, but for us, they are huge victories. The team’s patience, understanding, and individualized approach have made all the difference.”
Parent
“My daughter was diagnosed with Autism and initially found it very difficult to adjust to the classroom environment. We started working with the Spitze team through teleconsultation, and their experts guided us step by step. With consistent support and the concept of a ‘mother’s shadow school’, we saw tremendous progress. Today, she has successfully joined a mainstream classroom for two hours each day, participating and learning with other children. This journey has been full of hope and growth — we are truly thankful to Spitze for making inclusion possible in the real sense.”
